Production Notes:

The grapes are crushed and pressed at our Auckland winery after a period of skin contact. To capture the fresh, fruity flavours of the fruit, fermentation takes place in refrigerated stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures.

Tasting Notes:

The nose promises sweet strawberry fruit and candy. The palate is strawberry, sweet red fruits, a little plum and a touch of vanilla and raspberry. Fresh acidity is complemented by a well weighted and creamy texture with enough structure to balance the well fruited finish.
