Tasting Notes:

This sparkling wine is a celebration Sauvignons Blanc’s buoyant and joyful side – the nose is a complex combination nettles and melon and is nicely focused. In the mouth it is an explosion of exuberant sweet fruit. Fruit salad and zesty lime and lemon notes fill the mid-palate and continue onto the minerally and focused finish leaving an overall impression of fruity freshness and good times. Bring on summer!
